Terms & Conditions

By booking services with R.K. Digital, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all photography sessions and services offered by our studio.

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking. Remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the shoot.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings cancelled 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the advance.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot.
In case of rescheduling due to unavoidable circumstances, we will try our best to accommodate new dates based on availability.

3. Delivery & Edits

Standard delivery time for edited photos is 7–15 business days, depending on the project type.
Basic edits (color correction, lighting, cropping) are included. Special editing requests may incur additional charges.

4. Copyright & Usage

R.K. Digital retains the copyright of all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use the delivered photos for personal or promotional use but cannot resell or distribute them commercially without permission.
We reserve the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to arrive on time and ensure necessary permissions (e.g., venue access) are arranged in advance.
R.K. Digital will not be responsible for delays or missed shots due to uncooperative weather, venue restrictions, or late arrivals.

6. Liability

While we take the utmost care with equipment and handling, R.K. Digital is not liable for any unforeseen technical issues, accidental data loss, or force majeure events.
By continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the above terms.
